Khalid Khalil Omairi is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Republic Holding.He is a member of the company’s board. Mr. Omairi holds a BS Degree in Hospitality management & Marketing from Lebanese American University  and a Masters in Business Administration from Phoenix University. Prior to joining RHC as Chief Operating Officer, Mr.Omairi was for the past ten years working with many big Hotel Chains that he gained from them Lots of Experience,he planed to work at the private sector development division in the Republic Holding in addition to his role as COO.

Walid Omairi is the is a member of RHC board. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Adminstration from the American University in Asunscion-Paraguay.Since 1996 Mr. Omairi has been envolved in the Opening of RHC as the Director of Domestic Investments responsible for all the developments of Republic Holding Company, and the Brasilian Private & Public investments.He is also one of the shareholders in the Company.

Imad Omairi is a member of RHC’s board.  He holds a Bachelor degree in Business Adminstration from the National University of Foz Du Iguacu-Parana-Brasil.  Since 1999 Mr Omairi has been involved in RHC as the international investment advisor to the Chairman, responsible for direct investments and capital market activities.  Prior to joining RHC, Mr Omairi has worked as a management consultant in the RealGroup Center in Brasil.

Mr. Khalil Omairi is the Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Khalil was born in 1953.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the National University in Foz Du Iguacu-Parana-Brasil.Mr. Omairi has also received numerous honorary degrees.

Mr. Khalil Omairi is the founder and chairman of the Republic Establishment for Commerce and Trade, which was restructured in 1996 into the Republic Holding Company. Mr. Omairi is a member of the board of directors of several companies in which he holds investments.
